Maintenance Mechanic - Offering $5,000 First Year Sign-On Bonus
6:00am -3:30pm Starting pay $32.82 (Union)
As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible to perform all phases of plant maintenance. This consists of mechanical, building & grounds, electrical and electronic repairs utilizing precision maintenance skills. To succeed, you must be able to:

Essential skills and experience:
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as is required by the operating areas (i.e. safety glasses, protective footwear, hearing protection and, at times, a respirator)
Ability to work a machine paced continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with conditions which include:
Heat/Cold temperatures (inclement weather)
Indoor/Outdoor environment
Dusty environment
Noisy environment
Frequent moving/vibration/ or other motion of equipment/processes
Elevated Places
Frequently climb stairs and/or ladders
Occasionally lift/shovel/carry up to 50 pounds
Frequently push up to 50 pounds of force
Frequently pull/torque up to 50 pounds of force
Other Considerations:
This role will primarily be scheduled to work 8-12 hours per shift, on a rotating-shift schedule. You must be willing to work alongside your team including long days, on rotating or varying shifts (days, evenings, and nights) as well as overtime, weekend or holiday work.
