Responsible for understanding and following all personnel and equipment safety policies; all GMP, HACCP, Sanitation policies; following all Business Unit policies and procedures. Climb stairs between floors. Wear full-body secondary fall protection harness – working from heights above 10 feet. Work in Tight or Enclosed or Confined Spaces Climb ladders to access overheads. Use compressed air hoses / wands to blow down overheads. Scrub floors and Equipment. Feed in flour / mill stocks / bagged product – 50 pounds. Help move 50 pound ingredients boxes into position. Empty 50 pound boxes and bags into waist high feeder hoppers. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment. Comfortable with computers – able to enter data into plant control system computers for record keeping and operate computer process controls. Operate Forklift, chain hoist, and pallet jack. Follow verbal and written instructions (English). Communicate with peers and supervisors (English) Pick up spilled product with shovels / barrels (wheat, screenings, flour, mill stocks, feed, etc). Repair work on sifters on mill repair days. Keep assigned work area clean, tidy and uncluttered. Other related job tasks / functions as assigned by management.
