WHAT OMAHA SOUTH MAKES:

Omaha South makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, cookies, cereal, pasta, snack foods and many other tasty items. Our mill has a massive capacity of 850,000 lbs of flour every day.

WHERE DOES OMAHA SOUTH GET ITS WHEAT?

The Omaha South community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the Midwestern region of the United States. Omaha South receives winter, spring, red, hard and soft wheat from many geographies, including from fields in the Midwest and Canada.

GIVING BACK
