WHAT SAGINAW MAKES:

Saginaw makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, rolls, muffins, pies, crackers and other specialty snacks. Our mill can produce 2.7 million lbs of flour daily.

WHERE DOES SAGINAW GET ITS WHEAT?

The Saginaw community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the south central United States. Saginaw receives locally and regionally grown hard red winter, soft red winter and hard red spring wheat from many geographies, including fields in Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas.

GIVING BACK

The Ardent Mills Saginaw team is active in the community and often partners with the local food bank and children’s cancer center.
